Confirmed
A term appears in a linked official document and is reported with its conditions.
This comparison uses the platforms' current public agreements and payment rules. It separates confirmed terms from marketing claims and unknowns; it does not treat a headline payout or a low deposit threshold as evidence of safety.
Reviewed 7 September 2026 · Author: KOS TRADE Editorial · Terms and availability vary by country, account and payment method.
No universal winner can be established between Quotex and Pocket Option from their public documents. Quotex specifies a withdrawal decision within 7 days, with exceptions. Pocket Option gives 3 business days, extendable to 14, in its Public Offer and 5 business days in its Payment Policy. These are different timing statements, not a verified speed ranking. Both can require identity and payment checks, and neither document set proves profit, local authorisation or guaranteed withdrawal.

| ID | Platform / topic | Finding | Source provision | Limit |

Read rows Q3 and P4 before comparing features. Quotex’s restrictions include Russia, the UK and Australia; both platforms list the US, Germany and Spain. The two agreements use different eligibility wording. An omitted country is not confirmation that service is available or locally authorised.
Verify both the full platform list and the product’s local legal status. Website access, a translated page or a search result does not establish eligibility. See our jurisdiction guide.
At an assumed 55% win rate, an 80% net payout implies −1.00% expected net return per stake; a 90% payout implies +4.50%. These are hypothetical inputs, not Quotex or Pocket Option quotes. The example shows why a higher payout matters only alongside the probability of winning.
Net payout means profit on a win, excluding the returned stake. Assumptions: full stake lost on a loss, constant stake and payout, no ties, refunds, fees or currency costs. The win rate is an assumption, not a measured probability.
Break-even = 1 ÷ (1 + net payout). Expected net per stake = win probability × net payout − loss probability. Use decimal rates in both formulas. Read the calculation method and download the payout table.
There is no universal winner. The official documents support different comparisons for payment and quote rules, but neither set of terms proves profitability, local authorisation, feed fairness or reliable withdrawal for every user.
Pocket Option's Public Offer states three business days, extendable to fourteen after notice, while its Payment Policy separately says five business days. Quotex regulations state a company decision within seven days, with suspicious-transaction and technical-failure exceptions; its blog gives lower-weight one-to-five-business-day guidance.
Their agreements define company quote and server rules, so another provider is not guaranteed to match tick for tick. A difference can result from feed, price basis or timing and does not by itself establish manipulation.

This is a caption-led comparison with no voiceover. It is an archived August edition. For corrected withdrawal timing, use the September evidence register above. It uses the sources captured on 28 August 2026 and does not establish a universal winner, local authorisation, profitability, feed fairness or withdrawal reliability. Recheck the latest documents and live account before acting.
0:00–3:15. There is no universal winner. Label each claim Confirmed, Variable or Not established, record operator disclosure, and check jurisdiction and product availability independently.
3:15–6:55. Compare minimums with live conditions, treat payout as potential return rather than guaranteed profit, separate withdrawal timing layers, and record verification and payment-source rules.
6:55–9:40. Read OTC quote clauses before comparing charts. Demo, bonuses, app features and support routes do not establish profitability, feed fairness, withdrawal reliability or resolution quality.
9:40–10:30. Recheck legal availability, current agreements, live limits, KYC, payout and quote mode. Never add funds to unlock a withdrawal; binary options can result in loss of the full stake.
Original capture: 28 August 2026. Contract evidence rechecked: 7 September 2026. We prioritised contractual agreements, then payment policies, then official help or blog material. A contract describes rights and limits; a blog estimate is lower-weight guidance. We did not infer reliability from a landing-page claim, affiliate review, isolated complaint or demo result.
A term appears in a linked official document and is reported with its conditions.
The amount, method or availability depends on the live account, currency, country or compliance review.
The reviewed documents cannot prove the outcome, so the comparison leaves it unknown.
Neither agreement promises that its chart will match TradingView tick for tick. A feed difference requires technical comparison; it does not establish manipulation on its own.
| Evidence | Pocket Option | Quotex |
|---|---|---|
| Price construction | The Public Offer describes Plost as the midpoint between liquidity-provider bid and ask. | The Service Agreement says the Asset Rate is unilaterally determined by the company using information from central banks, trading floors, liquidity providers and other sources. |
| Server and disputes | The company processes quotes and says its paid quote sources control when disputes are considered. | The company server creates a millisecond/second server log; the agreement says log records prevail in a conflict. |
| What remains unknown | The documents describe contractual rules but do not independently establish feed quality, fairness or manipulation. Compare symbol, price basis, provider and UTC timestamp. | |

| Question | Quotex | Pocket Option | Practical conclusion |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deposit and withdrawal minimums | Non-Trading Operations Regulations allow limits by payment method and currency; check the live account. | Public Offer gives base figures of 0.1 USD deposit and 10 USD withdrawal unless another threshold applies. | Do not rely on a universal number from a review; confirm the selected method before payment. |
| Withdrawal processing | Regulations §7.9 specify a decision within 7 days, with exceptions. The blog’s 1–5 business-day estimate is lower-weight guidance. | Public Offer: 3 business days, extendable to 14 after notice. Payment Policy §5.8: 5 business days. The documents differ. | Processing time is not arrival time and can change with KYC and the payment provider. |
| Identity and payment source | Agreements require personal funds and permit KYC/AML checks. | Rules permit identity and payment-method verification and usually return funds to the funding source. | Complete verification and match the account holder's payment details before a larger transfer. |
| Bonuses | Service Agreement treats bonus funds separately and permits campaign-specific conditions. | Public materials warn that an active bonus can affect withdrawal; the exact offer terms control. | Save the exact bonus rules or decline the offer when the conditions are unclear. |
| Regulatory conclusion | The reviewed platform documents describe the service; they do not by themselves prove government authorisation for every country. | Check the platform and legal entity in the register of the authority for your jurisdiction. | |
This matrix identifies which document set is more explicit. It is not a recommendation to fund either platform.
| Decision scenario | What the evidence supports | What remains unresolved |
|---|---|---|
| Contractual withdrawal timing | Quotex: decision within 7 days, subject to exceptions (§7.9). Pocket Option: 3/14 business days in the Public Offer and 5 in Payment Policy §5.8. | Neither timeframe guarantees arrival for an individual payment method or compliance case. |
| Universal published minimum | Pocket Option's Public Offer states base figures; Quotex's regulations allow method- and currency-specific limits shown in the live account. | The live threshold can differ from the base figure, so it must be checked before payment. |
| Bonus-free comparison | Both document sets allow offer-specific conditions. Declining a bonus removes one comparison variable. | Current campaigns and account-specific turnover terms are variable. |
| Local authorisation | Not established by either platform's own service documents. | The user must check the named legal entity and product with the relevant local authority. |
| Observed withdrawal reliability | Not established. A processing rule is not a verified cross-platform outcome dataset. | A comparable sample of funded accounts, methods, KYC states and completed withdrawals is unavailable. |
A displayed payout, demo result or feature list does not establish a user's probability of profit. Calculate break-even from the live payout.
A contractual or advertised processing window is not a guarantee that every request will arrive within that period.
Availability of a website is not evidence that a binary-options product is authorised in the user's country.
The agreements and payment rules were rechecked on 7 September 2026. Blog and video material retain their August capture date. Official platform material is the best source for its own rules, but it is not independent evidence of safety or performance.
