Evidence-first troubleshooting

Cronika Withdrawal Pending, Delayed or Rejected

A delay alone does not prove fraud. First identify the exact status, elapsed time, payment rail and any KYC message. Then save evidence and use one structured support thread. Do not increase exposure while the request remains unresolved.

What should you do first?

Save the request ID, date, amount, method, destination, displayed status and every support message. Check whether the platform requested identity, payment ownership or source-of-funds evidence. Do not cancel repeatedly, make another deposit or pay an unofficial person to “release” the funds.

Evidence package for support

  1. Account ID and the email used for the account—never the password or 2FA code.
  2. Withdrawal request ID, creation date, amount, currency and payment method.
  3. For crypto: asset, network, destination and transaction hash if one exists.
  4. Screenshot of the current status and any KYC or payment message.
  5. A short timeline of previous contacts and replies.

Send the package to support@cronika.com or through an authenticated support channel. Keep one thread and ask for the current status, applicable policy clause and next required action.

Delay, warning sign or recovery scam?

Normal review can happen

Risk-based KYC and payment checks can occur. A request for a specific document through an authenticated channel is not, by itself, proof of fraud.

Stronger warning signs

Watch for changed terms after payment, repeated requests without a reason, missing transaction records, pressure to add funds or instructions to send money to a private person.

Recovery scam

A stranger who promises guaranteed recovery for an advance fee, crypto transfer, remote access or seed phrase may be running a second scam. Verify any professional independently.

Do not make another deposit solely to unlock the unresolved request. Preserve the demand and compare it with the ten-check broker verification protocol.

What this page can and cannot establish

It can organize the documented rules, evidence and escalation route. It cannot see the user's account, determine whether a compliance decision is correct or prove platform-wide fraud from one delayed request. KOS | TRADE does not control Cronika payment or KYC decisions.

KOS | TRADE participates in the Cronika affiliate program. No commercial link is needed to follow the troubleshooting steps, and this page contains no claim that a request will be approved.
